MY FAVOURITE TIME OF THE YEAR

My favourite time of the year

In quarantine times, being indoors its sad , but if I had to choose a season that i like the most, that would be  autumn. After the summer autumn just arrives, between the end of March and the beginning of June, it comes to fill the streets with reddish colours, to temper the days, it invites us to leave the embracing sunny days, to change them for icy morning breezes. 

What I most enjoy doing in these times is cycling around the city, as it doesn't matter what time it is, but with  light clothes I can ride, without excessive sweat, or fear of abrupt temperature changes. Besides, the landscapes are beautiful. I don't think I have a specific memory in this season, but I love that manages to solve the cold/hot or winter/summer contradiction.

Now, I look forward to taking advantage of these months for next time, which will be in 2021. I imagine that I will ride my bike, take advantage of long hours of light that gives us the chance to go out with friends, do things... everyday things that in times of pandemic, we all miss and value so much.
